1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Intution's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the service.

2. Use of Service & Advisory Nature

Intuition provides an AI-powered verification service. Our Truth Scores and analytical breakdowns are purely advisory, generated based on automated public data cross-referencing. They must not be the sole determining factor in employment decisions. You retain full responsibility for your hiring operations.

3. User Responsibilities & Compliance

You warrant that you have the explicit right and necessary consent to upload candidate resumes and data into our system. You must ensure your use of the platform strictly complies with local labor laws, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) equivalents, and data privacy regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Service usage limits are strictly enforced based on your active subscription tier. Billing is handled through our authorized payment processors. Refunds are generally not provided, but exceptional cases are handled independently via our support channels.

5. Intellectual Property

The Intuition Engine, its proprietary models, logos, visual interfaces, and code remain the exclusive property of Nexonic Industries. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the interface for its intended recruitment verification purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nexonic Industries provides the Intuition platform 'as is' without warranty of specific accuracy. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from hiring decisions made utilizing our reports.
